The first time I ever painted magnolias was when Laura Kim, Co-Creative Director at Oscar de la Renta, asked me to create a print for the label’s Spring 2022 collection. I’ve since fallen deeply for their pure beauty and have placed them in many of my still life paintings. I particularly love setting them against bold colours.
