Refund policy
Refund Policy on Paintings: Due to the variation in painting sizes and prices, I do not offer exchanges but am prepared to pay a refund in full (in AUD and at the current exchange rate). Shipping prices cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item via pre-paid and insured mail.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days of you having received the painting.
All paintings are carefully framed and packaged in my studio and are sent in perfect condition. If a painting is received in damaged condition, it is your responsibility to contact me within 24 hours of receipt via email on sales@melanievugich.com, with photos and a detailed description of any damage included.
Refund Policy on Prints: All prints offered via my website are printed in Sydney and sent unframed and rolled (as stated alongside each item). I do not offer a replacement or refund on prints unless an item arrives damaged, in which case it is your responsibility to contact me within 24 hours of receipt via email on sales@melanievugich.com, with photos and a detailed description of any damage included.
