Shipping policy

I can ship my Paintings, Prints and Products anywhere in the world and use the services of Australia Post, or DHL for oversized packages. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase, please contact me via email – sales@melanievugich.com.

DISPATCH TIMES: All items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase – or as soon as payment has cleared – and you will be notified of the tracking information on the day your package was sent.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: I accept Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay, all of which are secure payment methods. I use Australia Post’s Express Post service, which guarantees next-day delivery to metropolitan areas and provides tracking.
