I am a registered sole trader in Australia and my official business name is MELANIE VUGICH. I am based in Sydney and can be contacted in the first instance via email – sales@melanievugich.com

As well as original oil paintings, I offer fine art prints and a small collection of homewares and stationery. By making a purchase of any of these items from my website, you are accepting my Terms & Conditions. I ask that you read the following carefully.

My Quality Guarantee: I stand behind the quality of the original paintings, fine art prints and art-based products I sell on this website. If for any reason you are unhappy with a painting, print or product received, please contact me within 24 hours via email on sales@melanievugich.com.

Pricing & Payment: All prices shown on this website are listed in Australian dollars and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Payment options include Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay. All sales are completed and goods sent once your payment has cleared, which is typically within 2-3 business days.

Refund Policy on Paintings: Due to the variation in painting sizes and prices, I do not offer exchanges but am prepared to pay a refund in full (in AUD and at the current exchange rate). Shipping prices cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item via pre-paid and insured mail.

No refunds will be issued after 7 days of you having received the painting.

All paintings are carefully framed and packaged in my studio and are sent in perfect condition. If a painting is received in damaged condition, it is your responsibility to contact me within 24 hours of receipt via email on sales@melanievugich.com, with photos and a detailed description of any damage included.

Refund Policy on Prints: All prints offered via my website are printed in Sydney and sent unframed and rolled (as stated alongside each item). I do not offer a replacement or refund on prints unless an item arrives damaged, in which case it is your responsibility to contact me within 24 hours of receipt via email on sales@melanievugich.com, with photos and a detailed description of any damage included.

Refund policy on Homewares & Stationery: All art-based products offered via my website are packaged and sent from Sydney.
